We all do it, young and old. You go into another room to get something. Even though it’s a short distance, once there you forget why or what you went there for. The older we get the more we seem to forget.

Most stores that have magazines, also have word find puzzles. You are given a list of words to the side. In the middle of the page are groups of letters. Your goal is to find the word in the group of letters and circle it. You continue doing this till all the words in the words listed are found. It can be very challenging. You can find word puzzles from easy to very hard. There are number puzzles that work pretty much the same way. This will sure help to benefit the Self Care of our brain.
